Youth Athletic Program
The CrossFit TEENS ** (Ages 13-17*)
May 2nd - May 27th
$100 for 3.5 weeks
$15 drop in
Whether they play sports or have never set foot on a field, your kids will love this program! We are excited to introduce your kids to functional, fun fitness that will improve everything from daily activity to sport specific movements. This class is for all skill levels. We will have your kids working hard and learning new skills as they go!
Our Youth Program Coaches will have your kiddos using equipment like:
DUMBBELLS, BARBELLS, MEDICINE BALLS, KETTLEBELLS AND MORE!!!!
Our Youth Program will inspire a love for a different level of fitness that will last for a lifetime!

*10 to 12 year old athletes may fit depending on their current athletic ability.
